We had a leak that resulted in mold after a renovation done by a handyman company that obviously didn’t have enough plumbing experience. Once we reached out to CDS, Justin came out right away and linked us with Tyler and Kenneth. All three men were very nice, respectful, and knew what they were doing. We had quite a few companies come in to give assessments of the issue. They were the only one that actually took their time, gave an explanation of what they believed to be the issue, and provided a plan and cost to address it. No additional fluff or work suggested. I unreservedly recommend them for all plumbing issues anyone might have. We found our go-to people to ensure that our home is taken care of and plumbing issues are done right the first time around!

Kenneth (Tennis) was terrific! He went beyond the problem of the clog and when it entailed more than expected, didn’t charge US for it. When he arrived, it was to give us an estimate. When he realized it was basically just a clog, he said he’d just do it for nothing – five minutes tops. Then when he realized it was more complicated, he was going to go through for nothing and I said absolutely not – fair is fair after all snd this was an estimate visit. He said the base cost was $199 and he could certainly do it for that or he could submit the estimate and I said to go ahead. He decided to be sure my previous effort at removing the drain cover didn’t cause a leak snd through a teeny square went this huge person. Found a double drain and out he came for more tools and back he went fortified by cold water. He emptied the p-trap while he was there and fixed everything and came out (more water) and completed the inside work. Friendly, thorough-to-a-fault, and as nice as he could be. It’s done. Perfectly and I know how to open the drain – did I mention he provided training? $199. Good God, why would you look at another plumbing service? It won’t always be that cheap. But you’ll never get cheated and you’ll always get a guarantee and be satisfied. Thanks, Justin, for sending us Kenneth (Tennis)! I may adopt him.

My family and I had several plumbing issues, though minor and more of an annoyance than anything, that had been a problem for many months. We delayed calling a plumber and getting them fixed because the two I reached out to prior were either unknowledgeable or very pricy. Over the annoyance of sinks that merely drizzle water and a brand new fridge that doesn’t have a water line to it, I ventured on the arduous task of once again… plumber searching. A google search lead me to many with almost 5 stars, so that’s where I started. Once I spoke with Justin, the GM, and heard his personalized approach, I was hopeful we’d found out forever plumber and our issues would be gone. I came here to say, we were not disappointed. They fixed everything the same day as the our scheduled day for a quote. Jorge was our tech. He was courteous and efficient, he even found a leak we were unaware of and fixed it, no additional charge. Speaking of charge, this company has the best prices, and equally, customer care, than anyone else I’ve called. I cannot tell you how happy we are to have working sinks and fridge! We are very satisfied with our choice in this company; you definitely want to hire them. 🙂

Justin and the team at CDS plumbing are a fantastic outfit. They completed a repair at my office of our toilets that had several ongoing issues for some time. I’ll use them for all my plumbing needs.
