I started my Saturday morning with a giant mess in the garage from a water heater whose time was up. What I was most concerned about was how are stressful and costly it would be to try to get a plumber out here on a Saturday. I’ve very thankful that the ONLY one who answered my call was CDS Plumbing! Elizabeth called me right away and I was able to text her photos since I didn’t really know what I was dealing with. David, the Service Manager, was at my house in no time just to help me turn off the water and make sure the tech would have everything he needed before he even got there. The tech, Jordan, was at our house in just a few hours (all on a Saturday afternoon). He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and had the new hot water heater installed in no time. This was such a refreshing experience, I am unfortunately used to electricians, handy men etc coming in and charging way too much money for shotty work and this was the complete opposite! I really felt like everyone at CDS plumbing was trying to help me and not take advantage of a desperate situation. I HIGHLY recommend CDS plumbing!

CDS Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater. They charged a very good price, great workmanship, and stayed late to get the job done. Not to mention they had to drive all across town to get the water heater I needed (they handled all the warranty paper work and hassle for my water heater that was under manufacturer warranty). Would hire again for future needs.

My family and I couldn’t be more elated from the service Kenneth provided. We had an outdoor grill built and the original plumbers took all of four days to get halfway done. My wife called this company and they came out the same day. He was able to install a tankless water heater and fix what the previous plumber didn’t complete with the previously installed sump pump. As a consumer and Realtor, I would recommend this company without hesitation. I’ve only worked with Kenneth, so ask for him😅. I’m sure the entire company is good. But you know how it is when someone does something right the first time. I hope this helps you in your decision making process.

I needed a new water heater and they were able to get me a good deal on an open box one and install it the next day. There was a manufacturer defect on that unit and Justin took care of contacting the manufacturer and getting the replacement installed the same day. Overall, a good group of guys that I would hire again
